Jennifer Sheller is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Trial Operations at Merck. Since joining the organization in 2017, she has held various leadership roles within R&D, including overseeing quality, data management, site monitoring, diversity and inclusion, and North America operations.

Over the course of her more than 25-year career, Jennifer has led the cross-functional delivery of R&D programs in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO sectors. Prior to Merck, she held leadership roles at Sanofi and Kyowa Kirin.

Jennifer earned her master’s degree in public health (epidemiology) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an ACRP Professional Certification.
