Reconciliation

Reconciliation: Activities to confirm cases that have been submitted/distributed have been received by the intended recipients. This process step can include electronic acknowledgements for electronically transmitted cases (e.g., using E2B acknowledgement), via email, or by reviewing periodic line listings of case received which are sent by recipients.

In 2020:
40% of respondents were applying at least some level of automation.
60% of respondents reported no automation of this ICSR process step.
In 2021:
39% of respondents were applying at least some automation.
61% of respondents reported no automation of this ICSR process step.
