Emmanuel Caeymaex

Executive Vice President, Patient Evidence, UCB

Emmanuel Caeymaex is Executive Vice President, Patient Evidence at UCB. In this role, he brings together global functions and stakeholders to shape strategy and demonstrate the value of UCB’s medicines. He leads the translation of scientific innovation into meaningful outcomes across disease areas including rare epileptic syndromes, rare neuromuscular disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune dermatology, rheumatology, and respiratory, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Since joining UCB more than 30 years ago, Emmanuel has held several senior leadership positions. He previously served as UCB’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he led the successful global launch and lifecycle development of several of the company’s key medicines.

Emmanuel earned a MSc in International Management from CEMS and a MSc in Business Engineering from the University of Louvain.
